The 1st Annual HOI 5K was a huge success thanks to all of our wonderful participants, sponsors, and dedicated volunteers! There were over 135 participants and we raised over $8,000 for HOI’s medical, dental, and clean water programs!
HOI raises all of its own funds to provide medical care and medicines for approximately 10,000 patients per year. We are in constant need of support for our medical programs which is why in addition to the Fun Run, we launched the Family Health Partners (FHP) program last fall. Through this program, you can continue the same impact you had by participating in the Fun Run, but through FHP, your support will be year-round! For $39 a month, you will fund medical, dental, physical therapy, and prenatal care programs… as well as making sure our pharmacy stays stocked with medicines for folks in the Agalta Valley.
