For over 35 years, HOI has walked alongside communities in Honduras—partnering in love, empowering through service, and witnessing lasting transformation. But the work is not finished.

Across the regions we serve, families still face urgent challenges:

This campaign is our answer to that call. Together, we can build on a strong foundation and sow seeds that will bless generations to come.

Our clinic is growing to guarantee quality healthcare for expectant mothers and entire communities. Overcrowding and limited resources shouldn’t stand in the way of quality medical care. With expanded treatment areas, a fully stocked pharmacy, dedicated medical record-keeping, and specialized maternity facilities, we are making care more accessible and effective.

HOI’s medical service footprint covers four rural clinics that have served communities for 35 years in the same buildings standing today. These clinics will undergo much-needed renovation and expansion to bring healthcare closer to those who need it most. Improving them means better access, fewer delays, and a direct impact on thousands of lives.
